At Clearwater’s Annual Meeting 2013, we invite you to rejoice in the music we’ve made… the music we continue to make… and the music yet to be.

The day will include music by Power of Song, Rivertown Kids, and Walkabout Clearwater Chorus, as well as special guest speakers. Come meet the Clearwater Board candidates!The Clearwater Annual Meeting will begin at 8:30AM with breakfast.

We hope you will join us in song and solidarity at this year’s Annual Meeting!

  • 9:10 – 9:25AM – Introduction of new board nominees and board members up for re-election
  • 9:30 – 9:50AM – Clearwater News – Board President, Frank Landsberger
  • 9:55 – 10:05AM – Clearwater’s Financial Status – Board Treasurer, Claus Kinder
  • 10:05 – 10:15AM – Sloop Restoration report
  • 10:20 – 10:50AM – Question and Answer Period
  • 10:50 – 11:00AM – Thank you to departing board members
  • 11:05 – 11:50AM – Music by Rivertown Kids, Power of Song and Walkabout Clearwater Chorus
  • 11:50 – 11:55AM – Announcement of Election Results
  • 11:55 – 12:00 – Leaving board members step down and new board convenes
  • 12:00– 12:45PM – Board of Directors meeting
  • 12:45PM – Closing Songs
  • 1:00PM – Sloop Club Congress meeting (this will proceed as long as needed)

 

The Clearwater Annual Meeting is an important event and provides Clearwater Members with the opportunity to participate in the vital function of electing board candidates into office. The Clearwater Annual Meeting is free and open to the public.

Members! Our apologies for a code change on your ballots! The code on the back of your ballot will say CI or CF – which means either you have an individual or family membership (CI is individual – CF is family).  In the directions, it says those codes are MI or MF.
