Join your fellow Clearwater members at this year’s Annual Membership Meeting for important information, tasty food and terrific music–Sunday, September 27, 2009 at Clearwater’s new home at the former University Settlement Camp, 724 Wolcott Avenue (Route 9D), Beacon, NY. The meeting will run from 8:30 AM toi 12:30 PM.
Our theme this year is ‘Greening Our Cities from the Grassroots Up,’ and our Keynote Speaker will be Peggy Shepard, Executive Director of WE ACT for Environmental Justice. You can also visit the City of Beacon and its waterfront during Spirit of Beacon Day and tour Clearwater’s new home, the Center for Environmental Leadership and Justice.

Please remember that all ballots for the Clearwater board of directors have to be received at the Clearwater office, 112 Little Market St., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, by September 26 or handed in at the Annual Meeting. Only ballots received in the mail will be valid. There will be no ballots available for use at the Annual Meeting.
