Joint Fundraiser, Featuring Contra Dance and Salsa Latin Fusion

The community is invited to the Rondout waterfront for a very special evening of celebration and to enjoy Contra Dance music by Jay Ungar and Molly Mason called by Peter Blue, followed by Salsa Latin Fusion with Victor Pierre (aka Papa Salsa).  The event, Barn Dancin’ on the Rondout, will take place on Sunday, April 14 from 5:30 – 8:45 PM at the new Kingston Home Port and Education Center located at 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston, NY .

Clearwater and the Hudson River Maritime Museum will herald the return of spring on the Hudson River with this fundraiser, the first joint program held by the partnering organizations at the long-anticipated building. The sloop Clearwater has spent her first winter at the new home port this year, where she has undergone major restoration work.

WHERE:  Kingston Home Port and Education Center on the Rondout, 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston, NY, the sloop Clearwater’s winter home port, built in partnership with the Hudson River Maritime Museum

RESERVATIONS:  Price at the door is $25. Children under 12 get in free. All monies will be collected at the door.
