The final 2013 Winter Open Boat takes place
Saturday, March 16, 4:00 – 8:00 PM
Kingston Home Port and Education Center located at the Hudson River Maritime Museum, 50 Rondout Landing, in Kingston, NY
The public is invited to the third of three Clearwater Winter Open Boat Days taking place at the newly constructed Kingston Home Port and Education Center located at the Hudson River Maritime Museum, 50 Rondout Landing, in Kingston, NY. Winter Open Boats provide an opportunity to meet the crew and Clearwater staff, enjoy local music, and visit the sloop Clearwater as she winters at the new Home Port, and tour the recently completed facility. Guests are asked to bring a potluck dish to share.

About the 2013 Sloop Restoration: The sloop is scheduled for major restoration work this winter, and with this phase completed, almost all major structural work in Clearwater’s current 5 year plan with the U.S. Coast Guard will be completed – an historic achievement.
