The NYS Climate Action Council has announced the release of the state’s Draft Scoping Plan to meet our climate goals and it is now available for public review and public comment.

To submit comments via U.S. mail, send them as: Draft Scoping Plan Comments to NYSERDA at 17 Columbia Circle, Albany, NY 12203-6399.

This public comment period will also include at least six public hearings. We will provide details and information about how to participate in the public hearings when they become available.
