The next Decommissioning Oversight Board will be meeting on March 17, 2022 from 6-9pm.
Topics will include:
- the scope and goals of the Closure Task Force; the scope and goals of the Oversight Board; and presentations regarding key issues related to decommissioning and spent fuel
How to Register/Join
Participants who wish to provide a public statement after the meeting must pre- register, electronically or by phone, by 6:00 p.m. on March 16, 2022.
To register electronically: Participants must visit www.webex.com.
Click “Join” at the top right-hand corner of the screen, entering the appropriate event number and providing all requested information.

When logging in to the meeting, you will be asked to “select audio system.” It is recommended that participants opt to have the system “call me” or “call using computer.” The “call me” option will require participants to enter their phone numbers. You may need to “refresh” the WebEx home page if the “Join” button does not at first appear.
To register by phone: Any participant who is not able to log in to the meeting electronically may participate by phone. Call-in participants wishing to make a statement after the meeting must pre-register by calling 1-800-342-3330 by March 16 at 6pm, where they should follow the prompts and provide the following information: first and last name, address, and the phone number the participant will use to join the meeting.
On the date and time of the meeting, all call-in users should dial 518-549-0500 and enter 161 647 6325.
Other Ways to Comment
For those who cannot attend the meeting or prefer not to make statement after the meeting, there are several other ways to comment:
- Internet or Mail: Go to www.dps.ny.gov, click on “Search,” enter “21-01188” in the “Search by Case Number” field, and then click on “Post Comments” located at the top of the page; or send comments by email to the Secretary to the Commission at secretary@dps.ny.gov.
