Welcome to The Lil’ Clearwater!
The Lil’ Clearwater is a miniature replica of the iconic Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, originally launched in 1969 by folk musician and activist Pete Seeger and friends. The Lil’ Clearwater, it’s crew and surrounding community are an environmentally conscious utopia where all who live beside, below and above the waters of the Hudson can live, sing and play together in harmony.
Known today as America’s Environmental Flagship, Clearwater provides environmental education sails and experiences that foster a lifelong stewardship for the mighty Hudson River in New York.
