Join Clearwater for a fun day of Earth Day volunteer activities on Wednesday, April 22!

The sloop will dock at the Yonkers waterfront, 71 Water Grant St., and be open for deck tours with live music from 2:00-6:00 PM. Volunteer activities continue throughout the day April 22, including:

  • 10:00 AM – Lot beautification at 41 Palisades Ave., Yonkers. The lot will be used as green space for the community.  Volunteer sign-in from10:00-11:00 AM. Materials will be supplied and groups assigned. We will clean up the lot from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.
  • 3:30-4:30 PM – Join tree planting activities in downtown Yonkers.
  • 4:00 PM – Visit Science Barge showcase at the Yonkers waterfront and student presentation at the SLC Center for the Urban River at Beczak, 35 Alexander St.
